Centre approves Rs. 466 crore for Dholera

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government announced today that the Government of India, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved Rs. 466 crore for the construction of a new broad-gauge railway line. This significant infrastructure project will connect Dholera to Bhimnath, a crucial logistics hub, enhancing the region’s connectivity and industrial growth.

The new railway line will span 23.33 km, providing direct connectivity between Dholera and Bhimnath. Additionally, it will facilitate easy integration with the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Freight Corridor, a major industrial and logistics route. This strategic connectivity is expected to streamline the transportation of raw materials and finished products
the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), boosting industrial efficiency and reducing logistics costs.
